Registration & Forms

We are still accepting registrations for the Fall 2008/Spring 2009 soccer season. Registration is for PEE-WEE through U-14. Please print out all 4 forms(scroll down). A copy of your child's birth certificate and a small photo is also required. The age group chart is also below for your help. Please send an e-mail to Joe Adornetti at JoeASoccer@aol.com.

Please note: Only Pee-Wees born between 8/1/02 - 7/31/03 will be moving up to the Under 6 Division.

Registration for 3 year old clinic in September will be held at a later date.
